Premises for cultural activities

The Commune of Walferdange has several facilities premises for cultural events. They can be reserved by organizations headquartered in Walferdange or by organizations operating nationally (reservation form)

The Cultural Center houses the following premises:
On the ground floor

Entry hall with registers

• Performance hall with mobile partitions that can form the following subdivisions:

1. 38.50m x 15.40m, capacity 800 peoples
2. 25.50m x 15.40m, capacity 500 people
3. 16.50m x 15.40m, capacity 300 people

• Stage with a surface area of about 180m²
• Bar fully equipped to serve drinks and food
• Toilet block including a toilet with disabled access

On the upper floor:

• 4 conference rooms with capacity of 30, 25 and 15 people respectively
• 1 multipurpose room that can also be used for conferences or projections and equipped with a projection booth.

Princess Amélie Center

Rooms in the Princess Amélie Center are mostly reserved for primary education, music classes, language classes and for the needs of choirs and music groups.
The main purpose of the PA centre is to serve the primary school, music & language classes and the choir & music groups. As a general rule, they cannot be reserved for other activities.
